At 5:30 pm a discussion about City Hall in transition. Photos of outgoing Mayor Sheila Dixon are already being removed from the offices throughout the second floor and City Council President Stephanie Rawlings Blake is making decisions about who stays and who goes. In the race to replace Rawlings-Blake, Councilman Jack Young appears to have locked up votes early, but Councilman Bill Cole is still in contention.
